✔Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine – Refrain from alcohol and coffee the day before the test.
✔No Intense Exercise – Avoid excessive physical activity before the check-up.
✔Medication Guidelines – Blood pressure medication is usually allowed, but diabetes medication may need to be skipped on the day of the test.

What tests are included in a health check-up?

✔Basic Tests: Blood test, urine test, body composition analysis, blood pressure measurement.
✔Imaging Tests: Chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, breast/thyroid ultrasound
✔Other Tests: Dental check-up, eye examination, hearing test
✔Advanced Tests (Optional): Gastroscopy, colonoscopy, CT/MRI, cancer marker tests

When will I receive my test results?

Generally, results are available within 1–2 weeks. If you undergo a comprehensive check-up, you may have a follow-up consultation with a doctor.

Can I undergo both gastroscopy and colonoscopy at the same time?

Yes, it is possible. If you choose sedation endoscopy, both procedures can be done comfortably in one session.

How often should I get a health check-up?
